About their trajectory
I'm Lina. I studied Ecotourism because I have always liked to explore the world and reflect on the different ways in which we inhabit and feel the territories. I have a master's degree in Political Ecology and Alternatives to Development from the UASB.
My training has also been marked by collective processes and territorial work. I am part of the Agroecological Collective of Ecuador and the Ecosocial and Intercultural Pact of the South, spaces from which I continue to learn other ways of building knowledge, weaving community and thinking critically about development and power relations. I have worked on research projects on climate justice, education, tourism and cultural practices.
I am currently a university professor and researcher at ESPOCH, and I am interested in building bridges between academia and the experiences that are born from the territories of Abya Yala.
