She is a political and environmental science advisor with a proven track record in international climate policy, government relations, and coalition building. Former Member of Parliament (Uruguayan House of Representatives) and Latin American Activist for the Parliamentary Network for a Fossil-Free Future and the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty.
